A gem of unmistakable quality
This paleta, or shoulder, is a ham made from the front leg of Iberian pigs which have been raised in complete freedom in Mediterranean forest pastures. Roaming freely, they graze exclusively on nature's bounty: natural plants, fresh spring water and, during the montanera season (October to February), the famous bellotas, or acorns. It is these acorns, rich in oleic acid, that lend these hams their characteristic exquisite flavour.Natural aging

Goede producten en prima service
Als cadeau gegeven aan mijn man, hij vond het super. De smaak van de bellotta ham is heel verfijnd en de lomo iberico is ook heerlijk. De verpakking van de ham en de lomo waren goed voor de lange reis, en de levertijd klopte ook precies.
