Our hams and sausages are cured products, so there is no need to refrigerate them for storage or shipping. To ensure good preservation, we vacuum-package our cured sausages and sliced hams, ensuring that their flavor and aroma are perfectly preserved.
Our hams and shoulders come wrapped in parchment paper surrounded by a cotton mesh. It makes for functional and elegant packaging.
All of this is shipped in a sturdy cardboard box so that it suffers no damages on the way to its destination.
Orders made and paid for before 12 noon are processed immediately for shipping the same day, except for sliced ham.
To guarantee maximum freshness and the highest possible quality, we prefer to cut the slices at the moment we receive your order. Our master slicers do everything possible to prepare your order as soon as possible, which could be as soon as the same day. However, due to high volumes of orders, we add two extra days to the estimated delivery time.
Orders made on Fridays will be shipped on the next business day - since there is no transportation during the weekend, we prefer to keep your order safely stored in our warehouse.
Of course! Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link for tracking your package.
We have never had a case of a package not being able to be delivered. The delivery service will always try to deliver the package again at another time.
If they still can't deliver the package, they will choose between:
Getting in touch with you by telephone to schedule a delivery time
Asking if a neighbor can or will receive the package
Leaving the package at the official collection point closest to your house so that you can pick it up
Absolutely. There's no additional charge. You can specify the delivery address when you make the order.
In this case, it is important that you note the fact of the damage in writing when you sign for the package.
