Extraordinary flavour and aroma

Our cured meats are made from the finest cuts of pork from Iberian pigs that have grazed in one of the most beautiful environments in Spain: the dehesa. This Mediterranean forest composed of oaks, olive trees and natural springs forms a unique ecosystem only found in southern Spain. Here the pigs graze on natural forage and the famous bellotas, or acorns, which lend the meat an extraordinary flavour and aroma

This cured pork sausage is one of our favorite products due to its rich texture and intense, lingering flavor. We are sure that you won't be disappointed.

C'était top

Etant de famille italienne, j'ai des souvenirs encore présent malgré mes 73 ans, de mon père qui lorsqu'il rentrait du pays ramenait des saucissons fait artisanalement et qui avait un gout subtil et un gras fondant qui collait au palet. C'était top.
C'est ce gout très généreux que je retrouve dans le saucisson Bellota.
Il va de soi que je renouvellerait ma commande.
