Extraordinary flavour and aroma

Our cured meats are made from the finest cuts of pork from Iberian pigs that have grazed in one of the most beautiful environments in Spain: the dehesa. This Mediterranean forest composed of oaks, olive trees and natural springs forms a unique ecosystem only found in southern Spain. Here the pigs graze on natural forage and the famous bellotas, or acorns, which lend the meat an extraordinary flavour and aroma

This cured pork sausage is one of our favorite products due to its rich texture and intense, lingering flavor. We are sure that you won't be disappointed.

Ik ben gek op fuet en llonganissa voor hun aparte smaak en houdbaarheid. Met deze salchichon van iberico vlees heb ik er een nieuwe favoriet bij. Dit is zooo anders dan onze hollandse "harde worst". Probleem is dat je waarschijnlijk niet anders meer wil...
