If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have received, you can return it without the need for any justification within a period of 14 days. To do so, please send us an email at info@gastroiberico.com with your order reference number and the delivery address.
The items should be returned in their original state and packaging to:

The client is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or unless the product was not delivered correctly.
Errors
If we make a mistake in shipping your order, you can return the products to us without any cost. We ask that you please send a message to our customer service department: info@gastroiberico.com
Once the products have been received in their original state and packaging, we will send you the correct products, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Damage
It is very important to inspect the package immediately upon receiving it. If you think that the package has been opened or is damaged, inform the delivery person, and indicate the problem when you sign for the delivery. Then we ask that you get in contact with us via email at: info@gastroiberico.com letting us know what has happened. If it is possible, send us pictures of the damaged product. We will immediately get to work to find out what went wrong and offer you a solution.
Returns
Once the returned products have been received, a refund will be issued within 7 workdays.
