A gem of unmistakable quality
This paleta, or shoulder, is a ham made from the front leg of Iberian pigs which have been raised in complete freedom in Mediterranean forest pastures. Roaming freely, they graze exclusively on nature's bounty: natural plants, fresh spring water and, during the montanera season (October to February), the famous bellotas, or acorns. It is these acorns, rich in oleic acid, that lend these hams their characteristic exquisite flavour.Natural aging

Dat dit nog bestaat, wat een service!
We hebben de ham nog niet ontvangen maar reeds nu kan ik zeggen, wat een service!! Onze bestelling had iets vertraging opgelopen en we kregen meteen een super alternatief aangeboden. Daarna telefonisch contact gehad met Pieter, een heel vriendelijk persoon die aangaf dat alles helemaal in orde komt. Hiervan ben ik overtuigd!! En inderdaad, een groot voorbeeld voor veel bedrijven!!
